怎么樣強化鋁板你知道嗎?

不同的行業(yè)和范疇對鋁板的功能要求也不同,在機械加工等行業(yè),對鋁板的硬度要求特別嚴厲,這就要求在鋁板生產(chǎn)過程中進行硬化處理,以進步鋁板的硬度,達到功能要求。

1.加工強化鋁板

加工強化也稱冷作硬化,就是鋁板在再結(jié)晶溫度以下冷變形加工如鑄造、壓延、拉拔、拉伸等,冷變形時,鋁板內(nèi)部位錯密度增大,且彼此纏結(jié)并構(gòu)成胞狀結(jié)構(gòu),阻止位錯運動。
Processing strengthening, also known as cold work hardening, is the cold deformation of aluminum sheet under recrystallization temperature, such as casting, calendering, drawing and drawing. When cold deformation occurs, the dislocation density inside the aluminum sheet increases, and intertwines with each other to form cellular structure to prevent dislocation movement.
變形度越大位錯纏結(jié)越嚴峻,變形抗力越大,強度越高。冷變形后強化的程度隨變形度、變形溫度及材料自身的性質(zhì)而不同。同一材料在同一溫度下冷變形時,變形度越大則強度越高,塑性則越低。

在一般鋁板中固溶強化較常用的合金元素是銅、鎂、錳、鋅、硅、鎳等元素。一般鋁板的合金化都構(gòu)成有限的固溶體,如Al-Cu,Al-Mg,Al-Zn,Al-Si,Al-Mn等二元合金均構(gòu)成有限固溶體,而且都有較大的極限溶解度能起較大的固溶強化效果。
Copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, silicon and nickel are the most commonly used alloying elements in solution strengthening of general aluminium sheets. Generally, the alloying of aluminium sheets constitutes a limited solid solution, such as Al-Cu, Al-Mg, Al-Zn, Al-Si, Al-Mn binary alloys, which constitute a limited solid solution, and have a greater limit solubility to play a greater solid solution strengthening effect.
通過強化的鋁板,其硬度功能都會得到顯著提升,但是其硬度無法一向提升下去;當達到硬度上限的時分,不管何種辦法,都無法繼續(xù)進步鋁板的硬度,只能選擇基礎硬度就更高的牌號。
