使鋁板折彎后開裂的幾個主要原因及注意事項：

1、鋁板的硬度
   1. Hardness of aluminum plate
鋁板硬度太高，很容易開裂。這就需求挑選質(zhì)量好的鋁板，主要看鋁板合金和狀態(tài)。通常1系列、3系列、5系列的對比常用，6系列、7系列的硬度太高，要先做退火處理到O態(tài)后才好折彎。還有即是鋁板的質(zhì)量。

折彎R角越大，那成功率就越高，所以盡量調(diào)大折彎R角越大。

4、鋁板紋理方向。

折彎方向要與鋁板紋理方向垂直，不能平行。

是狀態(tài)重要了

狀態(tài)分為全硬、半硬、軟態(tài)（通常軟態(tài)叫O態(tài)），全硬的折彎效果基本不太行（鋁板狀態(tài)是H18、H19、H38等都是全硬的），半硬狀態(tài)的鋁板基本上都可以折彎（H24的也就是半硬的）。O態(tài)的折彎是肯定沒問題，但是由于太軟了，基本上用這種狀態(tài)的來折彎的比較少。

其次是你要選擇純鋁還是合金鋁

純鋁硬度不是很高，用1100、1050、1060等等都可以，推薦用1100  H26的合金鋁硬度好一點，可以用3003、3005、5052等半硬狀態(tài)的都可以的。

具體情況建議試樣再確定，如果用6061、2024、7075由于硬度太高，特別是T6狀態(tài)的更是，應(yīng)該折彎不了，除非加溫再折，質(zhì)量好的鋁板與質(zhì)量差鋁板的區(qū)別是氧化性能、公差、表面效果、晶精度及均勻穩(wěn)定性等有區(qū)別的，單單折彎效果區(qū)別不大。
