在鑄軋上可能產(chǎn)生的原因：生產(chǎn)工藝沒嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行(精煉不到位)、爐外除氣不到位(除氣箱漏氣)、鋁水處理不到位、過濾作用不明顯、空氣濕氣太重。
Possible reasons for casting and rolling: the production process is not strictly implemented (refining is not in place), the degassing outside the furnace is not in place (gas leakage in the degassing box), the aluminum water treatment is not in place, the filtering effect is not obvious, and the air moisture is too heavy.
整改措施：進(jìn)行一次性投料、按操作工藝撒覆蓋劑、加強(qiáng)精煉、解決除氣箱漏氣問題、鋁水處理干凈、增加過濾裝置保證鋁水經(jīng)過過濾。
Rectification measures: conduct one-time feeding, sprinkle covering agent according to the operation process, strengthen refining, solve the problem of air leakage in the degassing box, clean the aluminum water, and add a filtering device to ensure that the aluminum water is filtered.
二、長條狀小裂口
2、 Elongated small fissure
鑄軋上可能產(chǎn)生的原因：咀皮損壞或損傷
Possible causes on roll casting: nozzle skin damage or damage
整改措施：咀皮存在以上問題立刻斷板，保證生產(chǎn)時(shí)咀皮完好。
Rectification measures: if the nozzle skin has the above problems, the plate shall be broken immediately to ensure that the nozzle skin is intact during production.

三、黑條
3、 Black bar
鑄軋上可能存在的問題：工藝沒有執(zhí)行到位，鋁水處理不好。
Possible problems in casting and rolling: the process is not implemented in place and the aluminum water treatment is not good.
整改措施：制定生產(chǎn)工藝，加強(qiáng)鋁水處理。
Rectification measures: formulate production process and strengthen aluminum water treatment.
四、擦劃傷
4、 Scratch
鑄軋可能產(chǎn)生的原因：剪板機(jī)下臺面磨擦鋁板表面造成。
Possible causes of casting and rolling: the lower table surface of the shear rubs against the surface of the aluminum plate.
整改措施：對剪板機(jī)下臺面進(jìn)行整改。
Rectification measures: rectify the lower table of the plate shear.
