(2)檢查鋁板板面的平整度:板面平整用3M靠尺檢查，允許偏差3Mm。板面垂直、水平用3M靠尺檢查，允許偏差2.5mm，陰陽(yáng)角用方尺檢查，允許偏差2.5mm。
(2) Check the flatness of the aluminum plate surface: the flatness of the plate surface is checked with 3M guiding rule, and the allowable deviation is 3mm. (3)檢查鋁板的折邊角度及多折形板的角度偏差:要在±0.50以內(nèi)，鋁板折邊的圓角半徑符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定，折邊一次成型。

(4)板折邊上的鉚接掛耳的位置正確。
