鋁板使用注意事項(xiàng)：

Precautions for using aluminum plates:

1、鋁板搬運(yùn)：搬運(yùn)板材應(yīng)將板的四邊同時(shí)抬起，嚴(yán)薯游鄭禁推拉、抽取以免刮傷板面。

1. Aluminum plate handling: When handling plates, all four sides of the plate should be lifted at the same time. Pushing, pulling, and extracting are strictly prohibited to avoid scratching the surface of the plate.

2、鋁板開槽：用開槽機(jī)或鑼機(jī)開槽時(shí)，應(yīng)使用半圓頭式大于90度的銑刀，下刀既不要過(guò)深傷及鋁板，也不要過(guò)淺使折邊困難，應(yīng)留有0.2-0.3MM厚塑料芯材連同鋁板一起彎邊，以增加強(qiáng)度和韌性，否則在彎邊時(shí)鋁板可能斷裂或漆膜爆裂。

2. Aluminum plate slotting: When using a slotting machine or gong machine for slotting, a semi-circular end milling cutter with a diameter greater than 90 degrees should be used. The cutting should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make it difficult to fold. A plastic core material with a thickness of 0.2-0.3mm should be left along with the aluminum plate for bending to increase strength and toughness. Otherwise, the aluminum plate may break or the paint film may burst during bending.

3、鋁板彎邊：彎邊時(shí)需用力均勻，一次成型，不要反復(fù)彎折，否則鋁板可能斷裂。

3. Aluminum plate bending: When bending, it is necessary to apply even force and form it in one go. Do not bend it repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum plate may break.

4、鋁板弧形加工：加工弧形應(yīng)使用專用彎曲設(shè)備加工，徐徐用力，使板材逐步達(dá)到所需的曲面，切勿一次彎曲成型。

4. Aluminum plate curved processing: Special bending equipment should be used to process the curved surface of the aluminum plate. Slowly apply force to gradually achieve the desired surface, and do not bend it into shape in one go.
